Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They explain how we work together, how billing and cancellation work, and the limits of our responsibilities.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of services from Blizzard Systems LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a call, paying an invoice, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We design, build, deploy, and maintain custom AI automations. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project are agreed with you before work begins. Anything not expressly included in that scope is out of scope until separately agreed.
3. Payments & Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.
Some engagements require an upfront fee (for example, a setup or build fee) that is charged at the start of the project. Where an upfront fee applies, it will be stated before you pay.
Ongoing services are billed as a recurring monthly subscription, charged in advance each billing cycle to the payment method on file until you cancel.
4. Subscriptions & cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time — there is no long-term contract or lock-in. To cancel, contact us using the details below.
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for any future billing cycle. Your services remain active through the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and then stop.
5. No refunds & no returns
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes upfront and setup fees as well as monthly subscription charges, whether or not the services are used. We do not offer returns.
Because our work is custom and delivered as a service, fees already charged are not refunded on cancellation. Cancelling simply stops future charges as described above.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, information, and approvals we reasonably need to deliver the services, and to use the automations we build lawfully and as intended. Delays caused by missing access or information may affect timelines but do not change fees already due.
7. Intellectual property
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the deliverables created specifically for you once they are paid for in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and may reuse general skills and techniques on other projects.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI systems can produce errors or unexpected output, and third-party platforms may change or go down. We do not guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted operation, or that the services will be error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm the correct jurisdiction with your attorney.)
